BIOGRAPHY

Ezra Kavana is the Head of Regulatory Compliance and Risk at the East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline. He leads permitting, licensing, and compliance activities across Tanzania and Uganda, ensuring operations align with host country laws, TOTAL Energies standards, IFC Performance Standards, and the Equator Principles.

Ezra brings expertise from several major projects in mining, renewable energy, oil and gas, and large-scale infrastructure. He is recognised for advancing safety, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement while managing complex technical and regulatory challenges.
