Luca Xodo is Steam’s Director of Sales and Engagement, leading global efforts in geothermal development and innovation. As the chairman of the European Technology and Innovation Platform on Geothermal, he plays a central role in advancing sustainable energy technologies across Europe and beyond.

Luca has built deep expertise through years in geothermal power plant design, consulting, and resource assessment. His experience spans drilling engineering, project feasibility, and mineral extraction, alongside authoring technical papers and moderating international industry conferences.
