Yosafat Esquitin is senior business development manager at Welltec North America, based in Houston, and also serves as the company’s representative for New Energies, focusing on geothermal and carbon capture projects. He brings deep expertise in well construction and lower completions across diverse energy applications.

Yosafat began his career with Schlumberger in 2004 and later held key roles at TAM International, including Latin America operations manager. For the past eight years, he has led business development efforts for Welltec across North America and the Caribbean, delivering tailored solutions to energy customers.
